The blog has been a bit quiet for the last week. I have been busy working on orders for Christmas, and I finally got the new layout and branding up and running! I will be making a matching template for the blog after the holidays when everything has calmed down a bit.
You may have also noticed that there is a new Services page with different web design packages. The new packages are aimed at very small business and individuals who already have a hosted blog or perhaps no web presences at all and just need a hand to get going as quickly and efficiently as possible on a small budget.
I will be working on some pre-made templates for hosted blogs that will be available in the store from 2012.

I am also looking at my weekly blogging schedule, and other ways of adding more content to the site when I am too busy to sit down and write a post. One idea that I am working on is embedding a mobile blog into the site so I can post photos and updates to the site right from my phone while I am out and about.
I may also scrap the ‘Featured on Friday’ links posts and start blogging about one or two links a week but in greater detail.

In other news, I am now a designer on Toggle.co.nz! You can buy my original hand-crafted designs, including my popular Eskimo and Jet Plane lolly brooches, as well as my hand-painted butterfly wing earrings!
I have also been working hard on a new line of stationery featuring my ‘Sad Food’ characters, which includes notebooks, stickers, and hand-made erasers! These are now available in my Felt store.
2011 has been a great year, and I am looking forward to improving the site and the services I offer even more in 2012!
