Our packages cater for individuals and small businesses, and we can work with your existing branding and online content to give you a head start.
How does the consultation process work?
Once you have let me know what your basic needs are, I will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss options. You can help the process greatly at this point by already having in mind a few possible colour schemes, and your own design ideas. Remember, your website is a reflection of you and your business, so the more input you have into the design process, the better! I will then work up a few rough design ideas based on your suggestions. Once one of the rough drafts have been selected by the client, Squibble will make final adjustments to the design and complete the entire site.
Jumpchart for Collaboration:
Jumpchart allows you to deliver the content for your site online and decide how you want the content to be ordered.
No more emailing back and forth with deliverables place content exactly where you want it in your site! You can see how your site is structured as it is built, you can even add in your custom copy as the site is built.
However, if you are not comfortable using jumpchart, content can be emailed provided that the content is provided already typed in a word document. For the quickest results: HAND-WRITTEN DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All copy must be provided typed up in a program such as Microsoft word. Scans of documents (image files) are NOT accepted.
Can you host my website for me?
At this time, I am not offering hosting packages as well as design packages. However, Squibble reccommends Doteasy.com for quick, easy and $0 basic hosting solutions! However, I am happy to upload your site to the hosting provider of your choice once it is finished.

How do I pay for my finished design? Do you accept cheques or credit cards?
At this point in time Squibble only accepts payment through paypal in New Zealand currency. There are two options, if you already have an existing paypal account, payment can be organised via Paypal’s email system. Otherwise you will be directed to a payment page where you can pay through the Paypal system using a credit card.
How will I be billed?
When the job is completed I will email you with an invoice for the total amount owing. Any upgrades to the additional basic web design package will be listed separately and then included in the final amount.
I use Freshbooks for billing, and you can choose to receive your invoice via email or snail mail. With the email invoice, you can even pay your bill online by clicking the payment button in the email.
How long will it take for my website to be designed?
Squibble will endeavour to finish your website by any deadline agreed upon with the client. However, the process can be sped up even more, if the client is able to provide any text and images in digital format that they wish to be included as content.
Are you able to use copyrighted material as part of the design for my website?
No, sorry! All material provided by the client must be owned by the client. Squibble is happy to adapt existing logos and images to a web-based environment.
What if I want to change my design after the website has been finished?
As of 2010 small changes to existing designs will be billed at an hourly rate. If you wish a complete re-design of your site later on, you will be required to choose the appropriate package.
Why are your design packages so cheap?
Squibble believes that good design should be available to anyone!
